Defect claims or access issues must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Approved requests result in a refund to the original payment channel. Sample previews are available to help assess suitability before purchase.

5.3 Tangible Goods

Items in unused condition may be sent back within 30 days of receipt. Customer covers shipping charges unless RegulaGuide error. Upon inspection and approval, a refund will be issued via the original payment channel.
